Since graduating from Deakin University, I have been working in private practice, joining the Diet Solutions team in 2018. I am also a certified Health and Wellness Coach.
My strong interest in gastrointestinal health began in 2012 when I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). As a result, I have a first-hand understanding of what it is like struggling with food intolerances and I feel fortunate to be in the position to help others in similar situations.
In addition to my interest in gastrointestinal nutrition, I am passionate about helping people to achieve their health and weight goals. This is done using evidence-based strategies alongside a non-diet approach to establish a healthy relationship with food in order to maintain positive long term health outcomes.
Curious. Plant lover. Holistic. Caring
Through many years of clinical practice, regular ongoing professional development, and working with the excellent team at Diet Solutions, I am able to help patients with a wide range of clinical conditions to achieve their goals. I enjoy working through multiple dietary strategies for complex conditions, and the challenge of helping individuals with multiple nutrition goals.
