Low Histamine
Vegetarian
1 cup oats
¼ cup milled flaxseed/flaxseed meal
2 tbs fresh grated ginger
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup honey
1 tbs pumpkin seeds
sesame seeds, optional, to coat
1. Blend oats and flaxseed together briefly so it gets nice and grainy.
2. Throw in remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) and blend to it all comes together in a delicious, sticky ball.
3. Put mixture into a container and pop in the fridge for about half an hour.
4. When ready, roll into 12 tasty, round 'drops'.
5. Roll over some sesame seeds to evenly coat, if you like.
