Vegetarian / Vegan
1/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup lactose free milk or other milk of choice
1⁄2 banana, not too ripe, sliced
Pinch of cinnamon and/or nutmeg
Maple syrup (100% pure) to taste
1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan on the stove and bring to the boil.
2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, continue stirring until thickened to your liking.
3. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup (optional).
