2 tbs of chia seeds
½ cup coconut milk
½ tsp maple syrup, 100% pure
½ tbs cocoa powder, unsweetened
½ tsp vanilla essence
fruit to serve
1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence.
2. Stir well with a fork to combine.
3. Leave in the fridge overnight
4. Serve with fruit and/or yoghurt of your choice the next day.
