Cauliflower with Turmeric & Olive Oil

Ingredients

1 small cauliflower, washed, cut into florets & patted dry

1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste

1 tbsp fresh parsley or coriander, chopped (optional for garnish)

Method

1. In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, turmeric, and sea salt until evenly coated.

2. Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.

3. Place cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches).

4. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp on the edges.

5. Garnish with fresh herbs (if you like).

6. Serve warm as a side or toss into a salad or bowl.

     

Notes & Tips

Delicious served with a dollop of plain coconut yogurt or cucumber (if tolerated).
