Low Histamine

1 cup pitted dates
½ cup carrot, grated
½ cup pumpkin seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
¼ tsp cinnamon, optional
½ tsp maple syrup
2 tbs desiccated coconut
1 tsp oats, optional
1. Throw everything into a food processer with the exception of the coconut and oats.
2. Blend together so that the mixture becomes nice and thick and doughy.
3. Add oats if mixture is a bit wet. Keep in mind by adding oats, the drops will no longer be gluten free.
4. Put mixture into a container and pop in the fridge for about half an hour.
5. When ready, roll into 8 tasty round 'drops'.
6. Roll over some desiccated coconut to event coat if you like.
